This is an English translation provided for convenience. The
Georgian version is the legally binding text; in case of any discrepancy, the Georgian version prevails.
- The amount paid for unused purchased credits is refunded within 24 hours of purchase, without the need to state a reason.
- If part of a package has been used, the unused portion is refunded at the unit price of that same package (e.g. 30 credits / 15 GEL = 0.50 GEL per credit).
- The amount is refunded to the same card used for payment, no later than 14 days from the request (it takes the bank 3–10 banking days to reflect it).
- Credits for dubbing that failed due to a technical fault are returned to your balance automatically.
- Defective result (wrong language, corrupted file, audio missing from a substantial part, or systematically out of sync) — free re-processing or return of credits; write to us within 3 days of receipt.
- The following are not considered defects: speeding up/slowing down of the pace to maintain synchronization, minor deviation of an individual phrase, stylistic choices, an individual inaccurate word — dubbing is performed by artificial intelligence (Terms, cl. 6).
- After 24 hours, purchased credits are not refunded as money, but remain on the account for 3 months from purchase (Terms, cl. 3).
- Used credits and gift credits are not refunded as money.
How to request
Write to us at aivotranslate.ge@gmail.com or via the contact form from the email address with which the account is registered. It is sufficient to write: "Please refund the amount for my unused credits. Order No. ____." (The order No. is not mandatory, but it speeds up processing.)
